The law allows only one ground for opposition to this type of foreclosure process: It is established that the mortgage was previously canceled, this deed or in clearly stating the debt be fully paid.

This means that the only way to avoid losing the house and stop the process is paying. Think again. You can invoke other causes, but must do so by application to the Bank in other legal proceedings, it will not suspend the execution. (more…)
